Age Requirements

We happily welcome patients aged 18 and older. Whether you’re just stepping into adulthood or navigating the later stages of life, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Languages

A Mental Lift has a bilingual staff who are fluent in English and Spanish and are ready to assist you!

How Long are Sessions

An initial evaluation is a 60-minute virtual session, medication management follow-up is 30 minutes, psychotherapy and medication management is 45 minutes, and the Brain Cognitive Assessment overview and genetic testing overview are each 60 minutes.

In Person Sessions

We’re happy to offer in-person visits with limited availability at our office in Orlando, Florida. These sessions can be scheduled based on availability, so let us know if you’re interested! If you’re in New York, don’t worry—we still have options.We visit our office space quarterly. Some treatment plans recommend or require in-person visits. Reach out, and we’ll work together to coordinate your care. We understand how important it can be to sit with someone face-to-face, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Cancellations

To ensure we can accommodate all our patients and provide the best availability, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This helps us serve everyone efficiently and avoid a late cancellation fee.

Don't see your insurance

If you don't see your insurance listed, it might be because we're currently credentialing with them. In the meantime, we're happy to offer flexible out-of-pocket options to ensure you still receive the care you need.
